Don't warn required args to main method. Don't warn about synthetic isDefinedAt in anonymous functions, or about defaultCase$.

	One can `-Ywarn-unused:params` or more narrowly warn only for unused implicit parameters with `-Ywarn-unused:implicits`. Params includes constructor parameters.
