SI-7788 Avoid accidental shadowing of Predef.conforms
Rename `conforms` to `$conforms` and put in a minimal backstop: pos/t7788.scala
TODO: predicate the backwards compatibility shim for `Predef_conforms`
on `-Xsource:2.10`
