Rename ConcurrentTrieMap to concurrent.TrieMap.
Introduced the collection.concurrent package and introduced the
concurrent.Map trait there. Deprecated the mutable.ConcurrentMap trait.
Pending work - introduce the appropriate changes to JavaConversions
and JavaConverters.
