called pos/t1107, it is bad.

[no content change] Fixed all SVN properties: mimes, EOL, executable. Id
expansion is consistently enabled for Scala/Java/C# sources in 'src/'
and consistently disabled and removed from everywhere else: there should
not be any dead Id tags anymore.

Fix and test case for #1107, many long days in the making. If you fully
understand why this change causes #1107 to work I implore you to add a
comment or two to Symbols.scala.
