[no content change] Fixed all SVN properties: mimes, EOL, executable. Id
expansion is consistently enabled for Scala/Java/C# sources in 'src/'
and consistently disabled and removed from everywhere else: there should
not be any dead Id tags anymore.

Fixed the fact that reflective calls had logical and arithmetic right
shift swapped. Modified test case to use a value that doesn't have
identical output for both shifts. Grumbled to self that test cases which
fail to test are markedly worse than no tests at all.

Structural calls should be faster thanks to method caching. Fixed issue
#192.
