is supposed to exercise r19165, except that I discovered that no script
tests have been run since July 2008: r15658 says "remove
script tests for now - they seem to block in certain configurations."

[no content change] Fixed all SVN properties: mimes, EOL, executable. Id
expansion is consistently enabled for Scala/Java/C# sources in 'src/'
and consistently disabled and removed from everywhere else: there should
not be any dead Id tags anymore.
