[SPARK-14672][SQL] Move HiveContext analyze logic to AnalyzeTable
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Move the implementation of `hiveContext.analyze` to the command of `AnalyzeTable`.
## How was this patch tested?
Existing tests.
