[SPARK-6999] [SQL] Remove the infinite recursive method (useless)
Remove the method, since it causes infinite recursive calls. And seems it's a dummy method, since we have the API:
`def createDataFrame(rowRDD: JavaRDD[Row], schema: StructType): DataFrame`
