[SPARK-14313][ML][SPARKR] AFTSurvivalRegression model persistence in SparkR
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
```AFTSurvivalRegressionModel``` supports ```save/load``` in SparkR.
## How was this patch tested?
Unit tests.
