[SPARK-14175][SQL] whole stage codegen interface refactor
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
1. merge consumeChild into consume()
2. always generate code for input variables and UnsafeRow, a plan can use eight of them.
## How was this patch tested?
Existing tests.
