[SPARK-12585] [SQL] move numFields to constructor of UnsafeRow
Right now, numFields will be passed in by pointTo(), then bitSetWidthInBytes is calculated, making pointTo() a little bit heavy.
It should be part of constructor of UnsafeRow.
